The Pacific Community (SPC) collaborates closely with key partners across the Pacific region to drive sustainable development and advance the implementation of the Climate Change Flagship (CCF). These partners are part of the Council of Regional Organisations of the Pacific (CROP), a collective of intergovernmental agencies that work together to address regional challenges.

Among these partners is the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS), which plays a central role in regional political coordination. The Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) is crucial for environmental issues, particularly those related to climate change. The Pacific Aviation Safety Office (PASO) focuses on aviation safety in the region. The Pacific Tourism Organisation (SPTO) supports the growth of the tourism sector, which is vital for many island economies. The Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) works on managing fisheries resources, essential for the food and economic security of Pacific populations. The University of the South Pacific (USP) provides higher education and research, while the Pacific Power Association (PPA) focuses on energy sector development in the region.
